Spirit Release Chronicles: Week 1

About Me

My name is Angela Del Mar. I study means of connecting with divine energy to facilitate healing for others and myself. I began to sense the spirit world and intuit my connection with it at a young age–as early as I can remember. Growing up in a religious household, I was warned away from these connections and my natural curiosity around them. As I grew into a young adult, I sought out alternative ideas of God, the Universe and Creation. Fortunately, my open mind and willing heart gradually welcomed back to me the kind of perception and connection that felt so natural to me as a small child. 

For 35 years, I've worked intimately with people as a hair stylist. My clients shared their life stories with me while I was working closely with their physicality, particularly with the crown of the head. I began to experience clairvoyance, claircognizance, and telepathic abilities. My interest in plants, plant medicine and the elements was awakened and my understanding of our existence was animated in a way that I can't unsee. Beings are everywhere!

Learning mystical practices and ancient traditions of animism is a lifelong passion for me, with the goal to understand the unity and love that flows through all cultures and belief systems. I seek to see through the veil of separation and have access to the clarity and divine intelligence of love to bring forth more peace, unity, harmony, and acceptance.

I’m inspired by various healers around the world, and recently read a book called The Magus of Strovolos, a year-long documentation of healing work by a man from Cyprus named Daskalos. His methods were very effective. Daskalos was practicing what I would come to call Spirit Release. Then I began to read more literature on the practice and discovered a close friend doing the work regularly, who referred me to the Spirit Release Academy. I have always been close to the unseen, interacting in some way. There has always been in me a desire to contribute to alleviating the suffering inherent in the human condition in some way. I believe Remote Spirit Release is my means of assistance.

I was immediately attracted to the kindness and integrity with which they practice this work. The Spirit Release Academy works through the highest guidance, and has a high efficacy rate of healing. The Protocols have been tested and retested and continue to evolve as necessary. The standard through which the work is done is at a very high level and something I hope to be able to be a part of for years to come.

Beginnings

I began a few weeks back to complete the online course in preparation for today! It was a wonderful history of the work, an explanation of the energy bodies, and it established a common language for us to speak from. I will use it as my reference for years to come. Thank you for this!

It was wonderful to meet Andy and Jonno. The development of Remote Spirit Release is an extended therapy of the original Spirit Release taught by the well-loved Dr Terrence Palmer.

Dr Terrence, Andy and Jonno, realizing the demand for this work and the success and safety of working remotely, have taken on training individuals worldwide. They have created an academy dedicated to teaching RSR and the safe removal of dark force energy for practitioners and clients. They have created a family of practitioners who are a consistent and reliable support for each other in maintaining sovereignty.

We learned that the course teaches the methods and protocol of Spirit Release to Facilitators and Mediums, as well as to the Spirit Guides. All parties learn the specific protocol. The focus is on safety, efficiency, and returning the recipient to 100% sovereignty with advice on how to maintain it themselves. We will go over all categories of negative forces in the weeks to come.

For Mediums, this course teaches RSR principles, protocol, and protection techniques. This course does not teach how to be a Medium. Naturally, the Mediums’ and the Facilitators’ spiritual practice will deepen and expand through doing the work.

Spirit is Leading

The value of this work is priceless. Having a therapy that works to remove the negative attachments in the non-physical, in conjunction with medical support in the physical, is the way forward for effective healing. For me, it’s the kindness of this work that resonates in my heart–the kindness shown to the negative side as well as to the person receiving a clearing. Kindness is what I desire to extend everywhere in my life. I believe kindness in an effort to relieve suffering is aligned with RSR.

I am working on my portfolio of the progression of my work. Included are 3 case studies, of which the second and possibly the 3rd will be observed. The portfolio is a story of our progress. I’ll also share my personal stories.

Thank you for the grounding meditation! It’s always so helpful. I will work on the speed and intention of the light inside my heart and practice sovereignty. I am excited and nervous–can I do this? Can the guides access the information? Will the guides show up when it’s time? This week, they seem so far away. I finally received the message: “Why do we need to connect so much, there’s nothing to do yet.” They aren’t at my beck and call or just for my entertainment. Got it! Haha! Thank you for the reality check.

Witnessing

Was given an example of an intrusive thought. Cleaning up the kitchen and had a pair of scissors in my hand while putting a cup of coffee in the microwave. The thought came in to put the scissors in the microwave too! I stopped and recognized it as not my own. Cleared as best I could and thanked my guides for this knowing. This thought was so incredibly subtle.

I went to a friend’s house where we were having a deeply spiritual conversation about the importance of grounding and suddenly a small dish on the side table in the living room turned upside down.

We began to discuss the various activities in the house, sensations, objects moving on their own. Her mother passed away this time last year. She isn’t scared of this phenomenon nor is she thinking about it however her girlfriend is.

It would be someone I would want to do a clearing for once I’m able.

Spirit Guides

The Spirit Guides are always in the same place in my clear seeing. My highest self high above me up and to the right almost as if she is effortlessly folding back the sky to communicate to me. We communicate daily and she serves as a bridge with the Universal force, Creative force or God.

There is a body of Angels that are accessible. I call them the Angel Brigade. They are very large, winged, sometimes cloaked and use energy like flowing water or just the sheer presence of their commanding force clears. Sometimes they also show themselves as a tiny spark of light, infinite in their ability nonetheless.

There is a strong feminine line that comes in from my left just above my head about 3ft away from my body. My Great Grandmother and both Grandmothers reside here. They are connected to my heart and radiate femininity and pure love.

A new Guide showed herself about a year ago. I believe she has shown up for Spirit Release work. She is very tall, Deep cobalt blue in color with stars or fire for eyes. She is always behind me and slightly to the right and sometimes we are back to back with her sword in front, guarding. She uses telepathy and I receive a clear knowing from her. Sound, frequency, sword, fire, breath are her tools. She communes with my higher self and is from another time or galaxy. She embodies energy like that of Kali or Durga in Hindu traditions.
